5/30 - Eastern State Championships - Iona Prep
The jumpers set the tone on yet another cold, windy outdoor meet. Vin Guiffredo takes 2nd with a 4 inch PR leaping 6'-4". He is now the top returner in the CHSAA. Keira Lavezzoli jumps 4'-10" for a new PR in the high jump. The girl TJ'ers have themselves a day! Eva Maira pops a 34'-0" to break the soph school record. Adrianna Gigliotti and Charlotte Lopardo jump 32'-.5". We now have FOUR girls returning next year over 32 feet! Giulian Collegio knocks 6 seconds off her 2k Steeple time with a 7:29.46 - the #10 time in S.I. History!
