The weight men lead the way with medal winning performances in the sub midget, midget and junior midget divisions. Dom Palermo and Corey Pisapia run solid races in the Junior might 4x800. Hudson Scanni posts a 24.0 split in the 4x200 and Ken Dias sets a PR in the 4x400 with a 53.9 leadoff split. Frosh Nick Girellini posts fast splits of 25.9 and 58.8. The Frosh 4x200 takes 5th while Paul Jacobson (2nd) and Phil Peluso (5th) earn medals in the frosh 1600. Stick passes were much smoother today; momentum is slowly starting to build.
