Soph Vin Masters breaks 15 minutes decisively with a 14:49. Sophs Phil Peluso and Anthony Palermo pace the JV with huge PR's of 15:14 and 15:19, respectively. Billy Voigt sets a 35 second PR with a 15:36. 14/15 JV runners set PR's and many of them big.
